1. Agreement Acceptance

By browsing, adding items to cart and completing checkout on yoyoshopo.com, you fully agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Product & Order Rules

All cartoon sticker product sizes, materials and styles are described truthfully on product pages. All orders are binding sales contracts once PayPal payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel orders with fake or invalid delivery addresses.

3. Payment Rules

We only support PayPal checkout. All displayed prices are exclusive of international import duties and local consumption tax, which shall be borne by the buyer.

4. Intellectual Property

All site pictures, text and cartoon sticker designs are protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction, resale or commercial use of our store materials is prohibited.

5. Liability Limitation

Yoyo-shop shall not be liable for indirect losses including business income loss caused by delayed logistics, customs detention, or improper manual use of stickers after delivery.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any order disputes shall first be resolved via our customer service channels. If negotiation fails, disputes will be settled under the laws of the People’s Republic of China at our local business address.
