Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All sticker orders will be packed and shipped within 2 working days after successful PayPal payment, excluding weekends and Chinese public holidays. Bulk orders over 50 packs require an extra 1–2 processing days.

2. Supported Shipping Countries

Standard international shipping is available for United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia. All parcels have trackable logistics tracking numbers after dispatch.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• US / Canada: 12–20 working days after shipment
• UK / Australia: 15–25 working days after shipment Delivery delays caused by customs inspection, local postal backlogs or remote zones are out of our control.

4. Customs & Tariff Statement

All import duties, VAT and customs clearance fees charged by your local government are the buyer’s sole responsibility. We declare goods at reasonable value in accordance with cross-border trade rules. We are not liable for parcel confiscation or extra customs fees.

5. Logistics Exceptions

1. Wrong buyer address leads to lost or returned parcels: reshipping cost is borne by buyer.
2. Transit lost parcels: we assist to submit logistics claims; after carrier confirms loss, we offer free reshipment or full refund.
3. Remote postal zones may generate extra delivery surcharges, which will be notified before shipment.
